Each area of the common application will be reviewed for accuracy, proper completion and counselor will offer suggestions or edits for enhancing specific areas (as needed)
Counselor will review essay ideas/concepts and/or draft in progress, offer insights, suggestions, comments and editing of the main common application essay and supplemental statements
Begins at first coaching meeting and develops through counselor/student mentoring experience through senior year
Initial intake session to determine scope of support, appropriate list of colleges, status with current applications, and goals for the application process
Counselor will support student to have a polished essay for submission
Tips, tricks, trends and strategies from a specialist who has walked students through the process and knows many pitfalls
Counselor will advise student on creation of a resume, constructed to best highlight student achievement, leadership, activities and specialized attributes/interests.
In this session, parent/student can share current grade level, current needs and anticipated future support needed. Based on this information, Consultant will give an overview of appropriate services or packages offered.

Services, timelines and tasks with associated support determined on individual basis alongside the school year and month student is in. Student has immediate access to relevant resources, newsletters, etc. as available.
